Getting there and public transport

Bergen is the gateway to the entire county of Hordaland.

You can get here by boat, see:

by train from Oslo, see: www.nsb.no,
you may fly here from other parts of Norway and Europe, see: www.sasbraathens.no, www.norwegian.no, www.wideroe.no,
or travel here by bus or car.

The company HSD runs the majority of ferry links and coach
services serving the outer municipalities that the North Sea Trail
weaves through.
