For much of its length the Trail lies within the North York Moors National Park. One of just eight National Parks in England, it has stunning scenery and a wealth of geological, archaeological and wildlife interest. The historic towns of Whitby and Scarborough provide all the facilities you need for a superb walking holiday and, with their abbey and castle, make this a great place to explore. |
